going to the dr office

to get my med card. any advice to better the chances of geting my card? i had a stroke at birth and now that ive grown up i mostly over come my disability. for the past 3 years ive been geting head akes. they feel like as if im hung over but i hadent drank. i pop like 5 or so ib profins everyday to help the pain. i want to find other alternitives insted of killing my liver.... so thats were im at. any pointers would greately help.

Im a caregiver and I went to the Doctor with my friend who has epilepsy and the dude/Doctor had his shoes up on his desk, and looked more fried than I was...

in mi. you need at leaast copys of your last 3 doctor visits pertaining to the qualifing condition no more than 3 years old.

yea ill be shure to have those with me. dont know about any visits in the past 3 years for me. ive just ignored going to the doctors office.....
