Hit up the seller and ask him what brand of tent and what is the weight of the tents fabric and what kind of zippers ? usually in a cheaper version its 210d but it might be more, The highest weight of fabric i have seen is 900d and the norm is about 600d , a 210d tent is not necessarily bad but I would be more careful with it over a heavier duty one. The style looks like a lighthouse tent but it very well may not be, If it is then I would not worry as the quality is usually there. If its some no name chinese maker with 210d and crummy zippers i would be wary. make sure you can send it back if you need to, If it was me i would buy a light kit and tent separate , then you can get everything you want. might be more pricey but to me piece of mind is worth the extra cash. I got a 400 watt hps/mh with digital ballast/ standard reflector/ light hangers and a bulb for 78 usd (auction). I bought a grow tent thats 40inchesx40inchesx 79 inches for 160 usd (Buy It Now). I also got the one of the more expensive tents , the cheaper ones could be had for less then 100 usd. good luck with your grow
