Essentially no, your chances are that if it was self pollenated your either going to get a female or a hermie, which means more seeds in your weed.
If it was pollenated by a male it could either be a male or a female so the chance of that seed actually being a female isn't that great. You ideally want to grow at least 4 seeds from the start in the hope to get 1 or 2 females that are worthy of spending money for nutes and electricity and everything else.
Have a look at this though.
Sadhu is a combination of a specially adapted landrace male from the Himalayan heights and one of Mandala Seeds' short flowering indica-sativa hybrids.
This variety is a homage to the legendary ganja from the Indian high altitude valleys, and to the wandering ascetics or sadhus, who keep the tradition of cannabis cultivation and ganja alive. The robust and compact Sadhu is especially suited for indoor gardens where her medium height and shorter flowering period are important assets.
Incognito outdoor cultivation sites benefit from her shorter stature of about 1.6 meters . An area with low humidity levels during the last two weeks of flowering enables highest yields. Some plants are more leafy and, therefore, a bonus for hash enthusiasts. Her aromatic properties lend to a tasty yet mild smoke and the high is exceptionally pleasant.
