Nosema locustae Is available through either;
-mail order suppliers
-local nurseries.

It is a single-celled parasite that kill hoppers when ingested.
It is also safe for other plants and organisms.

Hope that helped!

Thank you. This is becoming so expensive I think I'm gonna stop soon :(
Don't give up hope. The good thing is plague proportions usually only happen 7-12 years. Unfortunately I read in an ag journal recently they were expecting this to be very bad MO/CO and the dakotas this year.

I also hear that chickens eat them... Do you want to get a chicken? :D
Very true, and you'll get some eggs in the meantime. And fried chicken in about a year. :)
