Green Crack, 1st Week Flower, Looks sick please help

Hello everyone, I currently have 12 green crack plants growing. Using soil and this is my second grow. All except one plant are doing ok. Not sure what issue is with this plant since all are feed and water on same schedule. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Im not sure it's water, they all get about a 1/2 gallon of water and nutes every three days. I did notice a spider web on it the other day but removed what I saw and haven't seen it re-appear. I am using azatrol and rose defense as my pesticides.

holy shit man. a half gallon every couple days. those plants will need more than that when there healthy. what r ur temps, nutrients, soil and how much azatrol do u use in drench or spray?

I used to water a gallon during the summer but find that a half gallon is adequate with my room temp of 72-76 degrees. If I water anymore it comes out in tray on bottom. I use two tablespoons azatrol per gallon of water. spray every 4 days followed the day after with rose defense. I use fox farm nutes. This seems to be only plant effected, however with other research sounds like if one has them they all do....

Think, I am going to up the azatrol to every three days for three cycles. to make sure they all day once eggs hatch, will let all know of my progress
