Green Dragon with Freshly Harvested??

Can I make Green Dragon with undried, fresh cut plant? I'm using the Master Wu recipe which calls for decarboxylation of the bud in the oven and then a heat bath once you've combined the weed and the Everclear. Has anyone ever tried this? Should I wait a week and dry the bud out a little? Approximately, what is wet to dry weight?

wet to dry weight is like 75% difference and i think you would need to dry them so the planty or earthy taste and the chlorophil or sumthin like that and so the thc can be most potent

you REALLY want to cure everything from the plant that you intend to use or you will end up with a lackluster and barely functioning product.

and in order for the psychoactive properties to be fully in the bud they have to be dried and cured properly so pretty much you have to dry and cure
