Green-O-Matic soil/cfl grow...

Small closet grow one plant under 5 42w cfls in a 3 gal pot of ffof. Temperature regulated with a small heater about 75-83 degrees Fahrenheit seedling shot from 1/25... and now:

anyone know what the yellowing leaf tips and the slight leaf curl up might be?

I see so many answers to what could be causing that, it makes my head explode. Mine are doing it and growing fine. Don't know what to do
