Ok how? How close are the vines? How many plants do you plan on putting between them? I wouldn't imagine it being a problem so long as you have plenty of room.

The plant looks to be healthy & happy - 3rd pic show alternating nodes which means he/she is sexually mature.

What's the orientation of your vine rows? North to south or East to west?
As far as light interception goes, East/west would mean better lighting for your buds. North/south would be better for the vines.

Your purple color is either due to genetics or environment - it has nothing to do with the male/female issue.
