grow box

i was thinking buying a v3 grow box from homegrown hyroponics its 36x30x19 2 fans one intake and one exhaust 400watt hps bulb
will this get to hot in an 80 degree room have light leaks and or grow 9 white widow plants
have looked at alot of the forums cant find out anything about this system
any suggestions different systems size and security are important

I'm sure what you have found is alot of people who built them for far less $$$. But i can tell you that if the ambient temp is 80 your ventilation will have to be REALLY good.
