Grow room heeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!

I have a room divided into two, for vegging and flowering.
My Flowering Room is 10ft long by 4ft wide, can anyone advise as to how many lights (and wattage) I would need for this size of space and how many plants would be apt for this kind of space also.

you want to shoot for 7,000 lumens per square foot which means either two 1000 watt hps lights or three 600 watt hps lights.

number of plants is determined by the strain you choose to grow, hydro or soil, how long you veg and what techniques (LST, SOG, SCOG, topping, fimming, super cropping) you use, if any.

for an average sized, indica dominant strain, vegged for 8 weeks from seed in soil and topped once i use 3 square feet per adult plant as a rough guide. the math says 13 but i would go with 18 plants with feminized seeds or from clones.

Light that up with at least 2 1000watt HPS, 3 if you can afford it. A light mover would help in a room shaped like that. Would do a row of 2 then 3 then 2...and so on = 17 large plants.

Thanks for the advice.
Was also wondering!!!... My Vegging Room is 4ft by 5ft, would a 400w HPS light be sufficient for say 9 cuttings in this space?
