Growco Hydro Exceptional Service

I order 2 future brite ballast from them in september.
On this past friday the 1ooo watt stopped working.
Sunday i sent an email to growco and the manufacterer that same day i gaot responses from both.
It will be picked up on tuesday and they will ship me a new one.
Great service and i thought i should share.
Will update when i recieve the new one.

I received it on the 27 excellent srevice.
Though i learned a lesson.
My local shop has galaxy ballast for a little more money.
And if something goes wrong with it they swao it on the spot.
So i will be going that route next time
