You've got to scarify the seed coat and soak the seeds for 24-hours prior to planting. I'm trying for a hot water soak myself. Hopefully I scarified them enough. They have a pretty thick coat.

, you grow them on a fast growing cacti stock if i remember correctly. so good sharp thin blades and some good stock and your away, or they will take forever to grow. been looking into cacti myself

After scarifying the seeds with 220 grit sandpaper, and giving them a hot water soak overnight, the seeds have swollen and look ready to plant. I'll be germinating them in straight coco.
