Growing in the middle of no where votes/answers

Two part question! Soooo as we all know! AZ is approved to grow personal use & Neighbore’s is 45 min away BUT!!
1. can I grow in a 10k square foot facility that I have in my back yard of 1.26 acres of land?

2. would any one want to rent out 10k square foot facility in the middle of the desert with the next town being 45 min away?

What are your plans for security out in the middle of nowhere?

Alaska - video surveillance live feed 24/7 of every spot in the operation. No blind spots. Requires broadband obviously. Plus as PJ says security. If like other states security is strict including people can’t be able to see the offensive weed etc.

Be very careful. Fuck up and find yourself ineligible to go legal because of a prior. As to leasing to someone else? This is the slimiest business around. Or at least peopled by a lot of the slimiest. Screw their own mom for a nickel.
