Not sure what u mean, in the city ? Most outdoor dope grown in Aus is nsw north coast, qld south coast. Most people in Sydney grow indoor. Not a great outdoor climate, regular 38c + days,dry, hail, wild storms etc in summer. North coast stays around 30(rains more often) and climate isnt as harsh.

if you wanna grow in a place that hot you need to get shade paper ( its like see through paper only its colored usually green or blue, it absorbs some of the heat and light from the very hot sun. here in kenya we don't get tems at 38c constant like you guys do but in sep-mar we do so a lot of people do it so that there plants don't get heat stress
