Growing times in PA

When should I start to grow in western PA? (Mercer county to be exact) Its my first time growing outdoors and I'm trying to learn as much about it as possible. Thanks in advance.

are you trying to grow now?
People just got down harvesting their crop for the year a couple weeks ago depending on strains. In april/may you want to start. When it is above 32 at night

after the last frost or The onion snow ... mid to late april

well I live to not far from you in Canada Ontario
I can put my plants out to harden in may
and then plant them in the ground by late may
