Guano

Ok so, I used molasses in the water mix and the plants went ape shit over it and are now thriving.

started flowering the other day and got a complementary bag of bat guano with the new light and some Bio-Bizz- Bloom.

I was just wondering how it was best to apply the guano? the packet recommended mixing it with soil but Im too far in for that...

1) can i use it to make a tea with (???teaspoon : 1litre of water)?
2) if i used it as surface feed would I cover the top soil and then water? how much should i cover?
3) could I shock the plant by combining guano with bio-bloom? i.e too high nutes

thanks for your help again guys, youve all been really helpful

A little off the subject but I'll ask anyway. Is there some special thing with bat guano? I went to 2 places in New Jersey to purchase and they needed to see ID, when I asked why they said it is the law. Is this true and why? WTF? Doesn't the gov't have more important things to worry about then some dude buying bat crap? What is the big deal? This country is ass backwards sometimes I swear.

i just mix a few spoonfulls with a gallon of tap water, let it sit overnight to disolve clorine, and shake up right before watering them, works good for me.

i don't know why they would want your id for bat poop, i know in minnesota they have a lot of regulations on chemical fertalizers, because of the oklahoma bombinb and such, but from what a local pro gardener told me organics were still legal, he bought pounds and pounds of blood and bone meal, smelled awful!

I realize some of the bomb/fertilizer stuff but I wasn't going to build a bat crap bomb.....silly. I love how almost anyone can get a gun but we have crap control...anywho my brother ended up scoring me some from his buddy.

I just want to clarify because I'm planning to use King Guano(0-35-0) high phosphorus guano or Budswell(0-7-0) guano in flowering.

I'm hearing someone say it could burn. I was under the impression that an organic couldn't burn although I could see how too much would be unhealthy even if it didn't "burn", per se.

Maybe the 0-7-0 is better because it's enough and not too strong. But how much to use without hurting? I don't know. I guess I'll just read up at the time and give enough to help and increase to a high level as long as I see no signs of too much phosphorus.

I was going to continue giving some of an organic liquid that's like 3-1.5-6 during flowering so that they get overall nutrition plus the extra phosphorus and some molasses. Shouldn't that be about enough to get a great result from the plants assuming they stay healthy?
