Gupta is a smart respected man. He not only changed his mind but actually became a proponent of medical marijuana. He gave many interviews and verbalized in a very intelligent way the benefits of MJ. Sorry but we need guys like that on board.

Ok, first if you watched the interview it's not like he says, "I unequivocally back marijuana as a medicine and I am SORRY for my part in the systematic demonization of it". (Then proceeds to take a bong hit. NO.
More like, "Well, I guess I kind of admit that MAYBE I was wrong...maybe...but probably not". Who needs him.
There are an infinite number of "smart respected men" who have been cannabis proponents for YEARS. Now this dork comes along and tells us what we already knew and he's some cannasaint?

Whether or not he deserves his own strain is not for me to say, personally I don't really mind. Makes no difference to me in my daily life, however Citrus hit the spot and I agree that we lost an enemy and gained a ally. What is wrong with that? As if no one has ever changed their minds once they understood things properly.
