i been told here that my light sucked (the 70watts hps on the reflector)... well i added this..

60W CFL 4000k
23W CFL 2700k
14W CFL 6500k

A quick question, those two lamps on almost the ground are a waste? (i mean for been too down)

Dude get some mylar in that cabinet it will help bounce the light around in there and make it alot brighter, im only new here but i cant see how the light on the floor would help i mean the sun shines from above maybe get them higher and shining down. Mylar is readily avasilable on fleabay and is only cheap.

Yup, get em up higher if I were you. And more lights if you can, some kind of reflective material would help a lot as well, if only white paper....and more lights.

all the lights help and would help more if reflected around the space. You should really narrow down the spectrum you are shining on them depending on whether your in veg or bloom.
