H2O in my Ez clone changed

I ph'd my ez cloner 120 to 6.1 and its been 24 hours and raised to 7.6. i am using spring water. is tthis ok or should i ph the water back down?

I dont ph my cloner at all.. Straight good old City water! But I'm old school
