It looks like your plant got stressed during the transplant. Just make sure it's watered and hope the plant is strong enough to overcome it. Usually if it's strong enough it should perk up within the next few days.

You need to re-transplant it now! no drainage holes is not an option! you absolutely must have them.
It sounds like you may be overwatering as well. when do you mist your plants? water on the leaves can magnify light and cook your leaves.

cannabis needs wet dry cycles. your soil needs to dry out between waterings. I dont mist ive never seen any benefits to it, your plants are perfectly capable of absorbing all the moisture they need through the roots and through the air to a lesser extent. Too much water is a very very bad thing.

Bro, no offense, everytime I see a post saying "help my plant is dieing@@!@!" and I look at the pic and see the plant drooping looking like a wilted weed it makes me crack up, I don't know why but it's just hilarious, no offense bro I do it everytime I see this. Good luck on reviving it, let it dry out and it should be good.

When you transplanted it, did you damage the roots?
I always wait til I can at least see lots of roots in the drainage holes, the whole root ball pops out of the pot and my plants never get transplant shock.

When it comes to soil, moist is wet bro. You want to wait until the to inch or so is totaly dry. Even then the soil in middle and bottom will still be moist . Your lighting has alot to do with how often you will need to water. What lights are you using

I see where you misted those as well. They are really getting stretched, and never use a clear container for growing unless youre going to ut something around them to block light from getting to the roots . What are you using for lighting
