hardening off question

Right now I'm growing under 2 flouroescent shop light's (160watts total). I'm about to throw them under a 600watt HPS. I was wondering, what would be the best way to introduce my babie's to the new (more intence) light? My ballast can be lowerd to 300watts, and 500watts. Any tips will be greatly appreciated!

They should be right mate... I throw my cuttings after they have rooted, straight under a 1000 HPS... I just give them heaps of distance....Its shouldn't be too much of a problem, just don't have the light too close...
