Put them out in the sun for 30 min on the first day, bring them back in and check them out. I would increase that by an hour for the next couple of days, then they should be alright. It all depends on the strength of light they were raised on. If they were under t5s, you might kill them in a couple of hours of direct sunlight-if they were under brighter leds, you might be okay, but why risk it? Giving it a few days to adjust won't hurt anything, but it very likely could help.
