Ok my question is what is the average harvest of one plant, i know it also has to do with the strain and the watts of your lights

lol yep. I've seen anywhere from a half Oz to a Elbow.

u aint lyin there brother had that in my last grow. had one plant with a little over 1/2oz. and i had a plant that gave me a lil under 1lb., although u shouldnt see that much of a variance in yield between same strains but in all reality its possible. how big do u plan to veg for? what strain is it? id be willing to give u an educated guess. cuz really thats all anybody can really give anywayz.

I harvested about 5-6 OZ off one master Kush plant and 2 OZ off a purple wreck in a Homebox L using 600w hps and 273cm inline fan aircooled reflector....Oh yeah I used 5 gallon paint buckets with net pots and a 2 dollar bubble stone from wal mart. simple as that
