Harvest Time?

I am growing two bagseed under cfls. They have been flowering for about 10 weeks now. One of them looks as if it could be ready to harvest. It has swelled a lot but the hairs are not receding into the buds. Does this need to happen? The other however does not look ready. The hairs are just starting to turn brown and the calyxes havent swelled at all. Is this normal? Should i just continue to flower until they look more ready? Also, one of the buds on one plant look very dry. It is turning brownish grey and the leaves are very crispy even though the bud is nicely developed. Will this bud be okay? Thanks for any info or advice.

the bud will be ok. it may need to continue flowering, since its a bagseed theres no telling how long you need to flower those babies, i wouldnt go any more than 13 weeks tho. i think the bud that is getting dry might be getting too much heat from the cfl? try to get some more direct airflow on the buds. if the leaves are dried up and crispy on the bud, its prob save to cut them off since youve already been flowering so long. most of the hairs are suppose to dry up and recceed on the bud. one plant sounds like it will be done before the other which is isnt unusual considering your using bagseeds. I think youll be ok if there still alive this far along. How much you think youll harvest? can you post any pics? id like to see some bagseeds under only cfls xD
