Has anyone done a SOG drip system before?

Im building this room and for some reason I think that the drip system would be the best. I would use als 2 week harvest plan but it would be a drip system instead.... Iv done some research and cant really find much besides some utube video L.A confidentials which he didnt really use the sea of green method.... So I guess i just wanna see why not to many people have done this....

If you install the drip system you want to give intervals to the watering as to not keep the roots constantly saturated in water suffocating the plant and causing a number of problems including, but not limited to root rot...

I was thinking 6" square pots with a starter rockwool cube and the rest hytron . depending on how it goes watering every so often

I want to do 4 tables with four plants in each on a two week cycle

I was thinking of using 8 - 6"x42" leach trays for my drips system or use those trays and switch it all up with ebb and flood.

It would be 6 plants per tray. What do you guys think i should do....sticking with the sea of green method

I think 4x4 rw cubes with a drip stake and set to water once a day would be better than using tron

yea thats what i was thinking something of that sort but do you think a 4x4 would be big enough I have alot room. And that way for the tables i could just make my own. Sorry whats a tron?

Tron= hydrotron

If your keeping your veg time down then a 4x4 or 6x6 will work fine plants in dro dont need as much as in soil,
If you plan on big plant then I would get RW hugo blocks

Im going to take cuttings and as soon as there good and rooted they are going into flower

So you are doing zero veg right to 12/12 in that case use the 4x4 thats enough medium

I havnt but with rw it would work the same as flooding a table, RW absorbs water good and the concept is to deliver
The water/nute to the cube, if it were me I would just flood then its a more simple method and less to go rong! Drip
Systems can clog up and you could loose a plant before you knew it was clogged! Just some food for thought.

yeah but the reason im going drip is because i can have a much smaller nute res and therefore using less water and nutes....plus i cam build a cheap table to collect water back to the res, but if i tryed to make a table to flood...lol i would flood the room lol

I missed that part x4 tables with x4 in each seems a bit over kill for 16 plants

I was going to harvest every 2 weeks four plants to get the system down then add some more
I would build tables 4x4 or 2'x6' or even 2'x8 '

4 tables (2 weeks for each table)
4 different res ( each stage of growth)

What do you mean over kill

I'm going to have 4 mothers in a table thats 2'x4' drip setup ( nirvana seeds on there way!)
