Has anyone ever had weed that stoped getting them high

A friend of mine says he can't get high off some Kannabia Special ( http://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.u...eeds-kannabia-special-feminized/prod_721.html ) anymore. He only got an 1 and a 1/2 oz and sold some of that. Do you think he's full of shit and just wants a reason to complain or is it possible. My thought is he's trying to get the next bag cheap.

yeah man the same weed after while you just build up a tolerance to it. different weed different amount of thc types and cannabanoid types. so time to smoke some new shit or take a week off from smoking

yeah hes still high whether he knows it or not... just not as high as he would like to be obviously
