those bolbs ar enot enough to eliminate the kind of stink you are worried about.

Is this just your opinion or have you tried them? My plan is to have one of these per plant: http://www.topbulb.com/find/Product_Description.asp?intProductID=51445

Then I'll use regualr CFLs on the sides.

i know someone who tried them. its a shame to pay all that extra money and then have to invest in the same odor control mech as everyone else anyway. but to each his own. good luck.
