Having trouble posting pics

New to the site and am trying to upload photos of a recent project and it keeps telling me that "a security token is missing." can anyone tell me what this means or what i need to do to get these pics up?

I'm not 100% sure but I think you need about 15 posts 1st.. if you go to RIU forums page and scroll down to support it may have a pic sticky....
Plus someone should answer shortly..in the meantime.. jon in and post a bit... welcome....
