Heat in This Grow Box Never Goes Below 85! Any suggestions?

176 CFL ( 2 x 65W + 2 x 23W )
around %50 humid
babes are now 4'' away (further in photo)

90 cfm exhaust 4'' diameter (220V)
60 cfm intake 3'' diameter (toilet fan) also for blowing some wind to the plants
2,5'' 12V fan for directing heat to the exhaust fan
(also have an external ionizer sucking from exhaust fan)
exhaust fan is 3' away from the wall.
size: 1,5' x 1,5' x 2,5' (2,25 sqfeet, 5,6 cubicfeet)

room temperature around 75
room ventilation is decent with a few degrees hotter than other rooms.
using a wet shirt and a water cup for humidity control

I think these fans should be more than enough for heat control. but not!
replacing all air in every 3,5minutes.

Do I need to replace the exhaust fan with a stronger one? its like a small vacuum cleaner even now
its windy inside but what can you say about circulation?
may be taking out some clfs? (its 12000lumen for 2,5 sq feet)

i'd appreciate if you help me find a way.

If you can get it out of that box, otherwise get better a/c cooling to bring the temps down, or a much better fast to circulate the air some more, but if you can get it out of there and you won't have to do either.

so im left changing the exhaust fan i guess. coz a/c cooling is way too $$$.

Need a better picture or diagram. are you pulling air from the bottom and blowing from the top? Are the inlet/outlet far enough apart with some air movement in the room (so you aren't pulling your own hot air back in) Are there any bends or retrictions in either? Running lights during our daytime? Something sounds wrong. I'm in a similar situation where I'm now using a 6" 425 cfm fan for a 250w grow! However, mine's because it's a converted loft bedroom cupboard grow and the ambient swings need controlling somehow and I had one anyway. Trouble is, it now sounds like a 747 is taking off in my bedroom and I have to run lights on during daytime or we can't sleep.

I somehow controlled the problem by changing ventilation system.
I take off both intake and exhaust (they were on the same side and 1,5' between them and yes it was probably sucking the heat)and placed a new 170cfm.
now temp difference inside outside is 3-4f. U know what made the difference. its negative pressure.
i also placed the the fan on the floor back of my box so it does not vibrate the whole box creating wooo like bass frequencies.

its a silent duct fan and also built a carbon filter for it, both the fan has a silencer and the filter also works as an additional silencer.
now my old vacuum cleaner is operating really quite. i almost dont hear anything if i am few steps away. i can msg u the brand name if you like.
lights are on 21/3 by the way.

I am currently not able to grow myself, but I do own a few cabinets from BC Northern Lights and I found them very difficult to deal with in the beginning because I was not exhausting the excess heat from the boxes out of the room directly. Imo your cabinet temps are always going to be majorly affected if you do not send the heat somewhere outside the room the box is in. I used to just duct the lights into the crawl space above. Keep in mind that I was running multiple Producers in the same room, so your problem should not be as severe as mine. I would say to try to keep your ambient room temps 70-72 degrees if possible. Cabinet growing is a lot of work sometimes because you have the whole micro-climate thing to deal with, especially in Summer. It sounds like you may have found a solution in your previous post. I hope it all works out in the end because you and I both know that once you grow your own fire, it is really really tough to pay black market prices for unflushed, uncured sensi!

I am having trouble staying below 81 degrees in an 8x8 room (3/600s 2 running @ 75% and 1 running at 50%) but when I turn on my (small) air conditioner I can get it to 77... if I crank everything up to 100% I am still back to about 81 again with the A/C running at all times the lights are on. I am hoping 81 is just gonna be OK since I am flipping 12/12 today. I will run 2 HPS @ 100% and MH @ 75% if I can keep it below 82 w/ AC. This is driving me nuts because I am at a great temperature for Co2 but am not setup for it nor do I have a perfectly sealed room (and exhausting right now) I gotta say temps can be frustrating... no one wants to back down on the light!

now, outside temp is 75-77 while growbox temp is 82-84. idunno if the difference is ok. in winter temps go below 45 so i think temp wont be an issue starting next month.
