Overwatering likely accounts for the droop, but not the appearance.. Could be heat, or your temps might actually be fine yet the light is just bombarding it with more photons than it can handle at this fragile age.. There is such a thing as too much light, and ALOT of ppl do that to seedlings.. What is the temperature exactly where that seedling is, and what kind of light are you using, and how high is it.. Also, have you fed it yet, and what kind of soil is that??

well first of all if its heat issue first i would get themometer to check the temp to know you can get a cheap one for a $1 at the wal mart you will want your temp to be no higher than 88 75-85 would work way nice, for opt growth... but yea your plant droopin in the pic looks like over watering when they are that small they only need just a lil drink just enough to get a lil bit...a good way to check to see if you need to water is the 2nd knuckle trick on the side where you wont hurt any roots stick your pointer finger in to the second knuckle if its moist at the finger tip wait a day if its dry well water...hope that helps

Raise those lights, I don't care what the temp is.. That is too much intensity for a seedling! You've hit a photosynthetic red-line..
Still mind temps and watering though.. That knuckle trick is decent.. Also get familiar with the weight of the pot when dry, and when wet.. It will likely be freakishly light when you need to water..

What wattage are the bulbs that are on now?? 13 or 23?? If it was me, I'd raise them higher 8-10" until they improve a tad, and lower them to ~5" slowly, then when they mature a bit I'd creep them in to the 2" range as long as temps/humidity are decent..
I've never been as afraid of stretching a seedling as burning it out.. Just like its best to let your plants ask for nutes, its best to let them ask for light (I doubt they'll stretch for a while considering, they need to lick their wounds for a bit).. Then when you give them exactly what they ask for they'll work really hard and loyally for you..

They'll do you good in the near future, but not necessary right now considering the teeny area you need to cover.. BTW, Milk-Bone is for dogs.. Bone meal is for plants..

i named him frosty because hes all white like some frosty bud, but everyone thinks i named him after the snowman. lol but i know the truth hehe.
