Heat problems

I've got a 1000W HPS light in an 8x8x4 closet. No AC vents are in the closet and I'm unable to do any sheetrock work so I've brought in a huge fan that pulls around 3500cfm and the temp is still around 90 degrees. What can I do to improve temp? Air cooling the hood with ducting and exhaust as an effective treatment? Any tips are welcome. Thanks

Oh yes, absolutely!
Air cool that sum'bitch!
Venting your hood will help tremendously. That way you're not just blowing all that hot air around the room. It's much better to evacuate all that hot air. If you cant make any holes in the walls/ceiling for ducting, check out the "Ice Box" chillers. Im not sure exactly what company makes them, but if you google "ice box chiller/air cooled reflector" you'll find it.
