First off i would like to say high (see what i did there
) to everyone (it's my first post).I have just started my first ever grow with 2 feminised seeds one ultra skunk and one durban poison. I am now in the 3rd day of it being planted (germanized using paper towel method) and the plants look good one of them maybe a little stretched but I'm going to lst so i don't think it's major problem. t is an indoor grow and so far i have been using my window ledge and a 30 watt LED panel on a cycle of 18/6, I stupidly bought the led panel as i didn't know about cfl or about how crap these led's are for a grow, so I've bought my self a 250 watt duel blue and red spectrum cfl and hanger. When the plants are inside they are in a VERY crap home made box that isn't air or light tight.
I am thinking of making a stealth box out of two fairly large plastic storage boxes and was wondering the best way to make this as cheap as possible and what i would need computer fans, exhaust ect.
Also i was going to buy a ph test kit as was wondering should i be checking the water ph or the soils?
Any views, opinions, suggestions, advice ect is very welcome.
