help!! bottom leaves discoloration with spots, not looking good

my plant, space queen, only about a month old has a problem. can someone look at these pics and help me figure out what to do. shes about a 6 weeks old, and on her bottom couple sets of leaves, it looks like this, pics below. shes growing in ocean forest soil, under a 400 watt MH and im using growbig, and bigbloom per the instructions.
