Help ! Leaves fading

Hi guys , i quickly need your help, for 2-3 days now my PLant's leaves are fading fast. Before ( the middle picture ) you can see it healthy. But on the 2 other pictures (1 and 3 ) - You can see a dramatic change, all the other plants are fine . Can you give me some advice ? Is it the air / temperature / light ?

how big are the pots the plants are stretched you should be using at least a 400 watter the plants do look nice and green~

cold and overwatered, get bigger pots and allow your soil to dry out between feeds

Overwatered , that's it mate. How foolish of me.

Is there a way to heal them without changing the plant into a bigger pot ? I mean like , can i put some heat on with a lamp to dry the soil , or add just a little bit more soil ? As you can see there is still quite a room in the pot for that.

Cant tell you the exact since i cant measure them , but i can tell its from the overwatering , not the temperature.

Erm guys , can i just add more dry soil instead of moving to a bigger pot ? I mean like there is still more room
