help on feeding

Too soon for food. Wait for them to have 3-4 more sets of leaves.
I agree with Mad - Usually I dont start feeding till 3 or 4 sets of leaves have developed. Then I start half or quarter strength of whatever I am using, and increase from there while watching for problems.

I should also mention I grow in soil. Im not familiar with NFT, so hopefully someone here can pop in and give a more experienced answer

do you notice any apreciable difference when you don't feed them any sooner then that?
The NFT is so simple its staple the saplings into a 8+" ish piece of binbag and lay em in slanted rain pipe (half round or drill round holes in box profile water waste pipe to conserve moisture, then use universal ph nutes and off you go. DWC HAS IT FOR ME IF HYDROING

Don't be in a rush to feed them. At their young age, they don't need much. If they are 6 weeks into flower, they are gonna need to eat, but those girls just need to be left alone.

NO, THEY WILL BE ON WATER AFTER 6 WEEKS OF FLOWERING. and just to nitpick here, NOT ALONE, THEY NEED BOB MARLEY AND JAH LOVE 
If you realy cant wait, put a drop of feed into a pint of water and throw it down the sink, this may or may not stop feeding desires for a short while, but I make no claims to its usefullness

I dunno what strains you are running, but mine are around 9-10 weeks. 9-6=3

No need to feed yet and there is nothing to LST. Give them a week and them top them. After that, you can start feeding if you really want to.

Just to give you an idea when, how, how big, etc. Here are a few pics that will help to give you an idea. Transplanting out of the Solo cup into the nursery pot is step one (they will have been topped once at this point). Then, I defoliate and tie them down with the zip-ties and string. The last pick is my list of required supplies.
