Help: Outdoor sativa getting dead leaves in the middle of flower?

My 100% sativa outdoor tree has been flowering for about 4-5 weeks and suddenly started to get 5-10% dead/brown leaves. The browning starts from the leaf tips and overtakes the whole leaf. I visited the guerilla plot twice in the past week and each time there was about 4% dead leaves towards the middle to bottom of buds/plant. There is still new fresh growth at the top of the plant and some areas. However I am very concerned because I've lost about 4% of the leaves every few days over the past week since this started.

I have had an infestation of spider mites and also a nitrogen deficiency earlier. I thought I fixed this by spraying with neem a few times and also adding top feed fert + super soil top feed.

Could this browning/dead leaves be a result of the spider mites having won the battle in parts of the plant? Or something else going on? What may be happening and how can I fix?

Havent found any of those recently, no. There might be a tiny bit but I didnt see any when inspecting carefully.

There could still be some spider mites that survived the neem. Spider mites were pretty bad for a week or so until I was able to spray the plant. Would this be from the lingering effect of those pest?
