HELP PLEASE! Yellow spots on seedlings.

My plants (X6) are midway through the second week of growing almost 3 weeks in. All has been growing well so far other than a little overheating problem I had a couple days ago that I have since corrected. ( The leaves were curling up slightly... I raised the lights about 1" inch higher added a small fan. The leaves are no longer curling. ) However this morning I noticed a small yellow spot that almost looks like a burn in the middle of a leave. Only on one plant and on no other leaves.

A bit about my grow... 24"X24"X24" box tinfoiled on the walls, white plastic bag on bottom/floor. Under 24hr lights. Lights are roughly 8" inches from top of plant. Small 10" inch fan above them. Temperature is at 29c & humidity is at 40%. Im using two CFL lights, 40W / 2450 lumes EACH. I water every 2 or 3 days depending on how dry the soil looks. As for the soil itself I used Pro-Mix Premium Organic Vegetables & Herb mix.

Looks fine, one spot on one leaf doesn't really mean anything.

It seemed to have gotten worse. I'm not 100% sure but I think it's a nitrogen deficiency. I don't over water, every two or three days as needed. The lights are 8" to 10" away from the top of the plants. I'm wondering if it's time to transplant them or add seaweed extract to the water. I have a pH meter coming in the mail hopefully that helps. As for now, I boil my water then put it into a glass jar and wait til it's the same temperature as the grow room and use it when they need to be watered. I included a picture of what it looks like today 3 days later.

Looks like a light issue not nitrogen issue. They still look fine. U can flip those pots upside when they are wet to check the root growth and see if it's time to repot.

So if it's a light issue, I should just raise them more ?

As for checking the roots like you suggested, I didn't even know you could do that...is that stressful on the plant tho ? Also what would I be looking for ?

Well ur name is burnzy burnz...u gotta expect it....joking....they look fine

What lights are you using ? Cfl? How many watts? How many bulbs? But yeah probably raise them up.

As far as checking the roots yah just water it down and give gentle squeezes to the side of the container and it will just slide right out in a square. It will maintain the same shape so u can just slide it back in. Shouldn't cause much if any stress I do it all the time to check clones.20170710_210056.jpg

I'm using two CFL 40W 2450 Lumes a piece. They are about 8" to 10" above the top of the plant.

I will check the roots out tomorrow morning, I just watered them this afternoon.

Are you sure...have you seen the updated photos from today ? Much different then just a spot.
that's for sure, Looks like a N issue to me

If it is a n def u just add fertilizer. I had a light too close to my plants recently and it turned the leaves light green/yellow so both show similar characteristics. The only reason i don't think it's a N def is because those store bought mixes are usually loaded with enough nitrogen to get you by for your first month if not longer.

Well I am going to go get some seaweed at the store and extract the liquid. (There is an easy Online description ) I ordered some online but it's going to be a couple weeks before it arrives. So in the meantime I will have a solution. My wife bought me some fertilizer from the store but I don't trust the chemical crap.

Do you think seaweed extract will solve my problem ?
