Hello, I recently got an OG kush seed and she looked twice the size of any other seed I'd even seen, so I germinated and It came through in 24 hours, and two days later it sprouted through the soil. Right now she's a little over 2 and a half weeks old and growing great, I topped it once now and the new tops have already came up, it looks like a very healthy overall plant with very thick stems on it for its age, its also really bushing out for its size, growing new leaf sets off of all the nodes. Recently, the plant has developed a problem, the tips of the leaves are starting to yellow, then turn crispy brown, one leaf has blotches of it on it, I originally thought it was nitrogen deficient, so I mixed in a small amount of some 20-20-20 fertilizer, it seemed to help a bit for the first week and now more leaves are turning yellow so I thought I'd post some pictures online and see if anyone could diagnose the problem and or give any thoughts or suggestions.

I have the plant growing in a metal box with air vents, its currently under a 24HR light cycle using a 200W full spectrum CFL sitting roughly 3 inches above the plant.

Its usually pretty warm in the box so I like to water them every day or every other day because the light tends to dry the soil up pretty quickly running 24 hour, I usually dip my finger into the soil around the rim of the pot to feel how moist it is underneath, so I don't think it could be over watering. The plant is growing in Alltreat Pro Mix mixed with a handful of all natural compost with a one inch layer of perlite at the bottom of the pot for better drainage.
