Hi there from a newb that is at a loss 
Ok so first time grow 2 plants in a SOG set up under 1K HPS one Sativa one Indica. They are both in their 9th week of flowering and there is definitely some weird stuff going on. First off we think they hermied but it seem more prevelant in the new growth. This late in the game we figured we could salvage most of the bud since we are so far long. In one week it appears that the buds are shrinking and instead of the leaves retracting into the bud they are looking more present. We have had some new growth on top of the colas and it looks like there are more new white pistols. I am going to post some before and after. So these are my questions - If the plant did hermie do the buds stop maturing and we shouldnt expect and progession with the trichs and pistols? Is it normal for the buds to star shrinking? The trichs are basically cloudy with some amber..will they turn more amber? Is it normal at this stage for the leaves to die off and turn yellow?
I guess if you cant look at the pics and give any advice I would be so appreciative.
Some posts make it sound like the plant wont look good at the end of the process so I dont know if Im just completely bugging out or really what do.

The pics that are in the teens and 20's are the old and the ones in the img 50's are the ones I took this morning. They are both tied down everywhere so this are the best pics I could take.
