Help with Drip system timing

So I decided to make a seperate mother room for my mothers. I put them into 5 gal pots with hydroton on the bottom and pre mix soil. I did have them in rockwool on an ebb and flow every other day. Im gonna be running the mothers on a drip system now, and have no idea what kind of timing i should be using. I also am not sure im using the right timing for my flowering room. The timing i was using was 3 minutes, 5 times while the lights were on, also my flowering plants are just in rockwool. I see that other people use 24 hour drips and other things. Just curious as to what timing you would recommend for maximum growth.
