HELP!

Over watered and could use a transplant. Most potting soil has some nutrients in it. What is the temperature and humidity? Distance away from the light etc. I think a good transplant into a 1 gallon pot and reduced watering with a 1/4 strength fertilizer would get them going. Alternate fertilizer and water . . . can't stress enough not to over water them.

10 days in that tiny cup is too long to be under a 250w hid, a transplant with good drainage will help you out imho.

Thanks for all the replies guys really appreciate it,av got bigger pots and was gonna mix n some perlite and worm casings to soil before i repot,the 250 hd is about a 1200mm above plants,have fresh air supplied by fan but no botherd with oscillating fan yet?
