Hemp oil

Hello im new here and not sure fi this is the right spot to ask but here it goes.

im from sweden and i want to help my cancer sick father he has an agressive form of prostate cancer and the treatments he gets now is waring him down,

so i started to research the internet on diferent things we could try and i found the documentary "run from the cure" afther reading about cannabis treatments and im set to start growin soon so my question is:

do i have to dry and cure the weed befor making hemp oil or can i cut the plant and just start making the oil?

i did search the forum but didetn find anything about hemp oil.

and sorry for the bad english still learning it even thou im 29y old :)​

thing is the bud is where the thc crystals come from and they are all over the little leaves poking out of the buds. When you trim up your bud you can use those little sugar leaves to make oils or hash...and you should definately dry and cure your buds.

so the same goes with making the oil from alcohole or acetone?
i hope i got the spelling right.
