this depends on your previous Hempy experience!
asking such a leveled question implies you have ....none!
Do 2 -3 hempy grows before adding mold(M_Fungi)
and cat litter to your rootzone ..
you will wish you had!
coco is the preferred medium or with perlite mixed in
avoid cat litter (vermiculite) as it will hold way too much nute
