Hempy Question

Does anyone know if its possible to grow hempy buckets using hydroton?Or is coco the way to do it?

pearlite and vermiculites what the hell is hydrotone?

Just as I was getting into hydro, I did a Hempy with what I had available...which was hydroton. Worked fine, and since then, I've seen other growers using it too.
