Yeah often you have to notify the primary lender that your card is issued from that you are making an international transaction. Its no big deal normally. I got an inquiry the first time I did it. I ok'd it, and never had it happen again. Its mostly for your protection to prevent CC fraud.

make sure you call your card company or bank whichever and make sure you authorize them to allow overseas transactions. Its not automatic on most cards and requires permission. A few prepaid cards don't allow for overseas transactions period. Read the fine print on the card or call the customer service number before you put money on it and see if they allow it. Herbies is by far the best seedbank out there. Their customer service is a 10, their speed of processing and shipping is really fast, and most importantly their souvenir seed quality is top notch. I know paypower is a prepaid debit card you can use overseas. Go buy one for the amount you need and call them to register it to you and ask them to allow overseas transactions.

just ordered a paypower debit card hope it works can load it at home depot or meijer 2% Foreign Transaction Fee of the amount
