Hermaphrodite!? Can you help me out.

Hello there, I am a medical marijuana patient and I am new on here. Luckly, I stumbled across this site browsing the internet for answers to my problem. Hopefully one of you can help me out.
I have a small grow tent with 6 plants. They are almost in the 4th week of flowering. Last night I spotted on one of my girls, one of her branches were hermaphrodited. One of the pods were busted open. I took that branch off immediately. This particular plant happened to be in the front of the others with the fan blowing through the tent. But the others don't show any signs of a hermaphrodite. And even the one with the branch looks just fine.

Do you think I caught it quick enough to save my crop, or is my crop going to get pollened?

The spot that was hermaphrodited was a very small branch. I can't believe the rest of that same plant shows no signs anywhere else at all.

You could be just fine. I grow in a little secret jardin dr 60 with around 5 or 6 plants. On my last grow a g13 labs bbg hermied on me and I did not even know until all the plants were finished. I ended up with 3 seeds.

Doesn't sound good bro, unless you wanted seeds in your stash, bummer. Hope it works out for sure, but them boys spew that dam pollen everywhere and that's that??? Keep us posted how it goes, grow em out anyway, I would. By the way, welcome to the forum...

It doesnt affect only parts of the plant. If your plant hermied, the whole plant hermied. Are you sure its hermy flowers? My friend just called me up a week ago freaking out, said everything was hermying and he was ripping them out. I told him to chillax and i'd be by in a minute. I came and saw what he THOUGHT was hermy flowers: swollen preflower calyxes.

Anyways, make sure its a hermy, then go get yourself a dutch master product called reverse, hormones that stop seeds from developing. Supprisingly few people have heard of it....
