Good luck. I do a lot of growing in coco. But for ease of starting the seedlings I use small nursery pots of soil and transplant into the coco when the plants get a few nodes. That way everything they need is in the soil and I just feed plain water until transplanting them into 3 gallon pots of precharged coco. It just makes things easier as I don't have to mix up weak nutrient solution and the plants can go for a couple weeks from sprout while developing nice roots. Once transplanted into coco they go crazy and I've had root tips growing out of the bottom and sides of the fabric pots of coco in a few days.
I've started seeds in coco but I've run into issues a few times. I never have issues with starting seeds in small pots of coco and a small amount of soil doesn't affect anything.
These are the size pots I use. I think They're 2.5" x 2.5" x 3.5" or something close. But if you're growing auto's you probably don't want to do it that way and just plant in the final pot from the beginning. You should also start filling your pots more. There is quite a bit of empty space with those.
