Well WELCOME!!!!!! Got a project going??

Actually, Im working on getting everything I need for my project. Im trying to decide wether I want to grow the white satin or the satori from mandala seeds ^_^

Where would you recommend getting my supplies for the grow room?

the only local shop around here is in houston, an hour an a half away. Would a 400 w hps do good for a closet grow? Could I grow 10 plants under a 400w?

$00-600w hps is a GR8 light, i dont know how it will do with 10 plant, i am a cfl girl myself but it seems like it would work.... anyone got an idea? I dont know if you are in the states but Home Depot or Lowes has some of the stuff you need especially if you cant find anything. Or you can order off line, i use this place for my bulbs Light bulbs, Rope Lights, Halogen and Fluorescent bulb - 1000-Bulbs - The Light Bulb Superstore . Are you going soil or hydro?

This is going to be my first grow that matters, and I dont really have the experiance to do hydro right now. SO I think im going to try my luck with some good soil. It should be a good enough learning experiance, And Ill try hydro some other time.

I am on my first grow also, i have 6 hydro and 2 soil going now and i am 4 days into flowering, you will love growing it is soooooo addicting and this site and the peeps here are so knowledegable and sweet. Looks like you have been here since April, but WELCOME back!!!!

What kind of hydro system do you have going? Is it store bought, or did youmake it yourself?

Well i bought the SH Bubbleponic system(SH Hydroponics) and its ABSOLUTELY wonderful for a first time grower, but not enough room so i transplanted the system (had a little write up on it) into a 50gal/28gal filled rez and added a whole bunch of stuff. And man, my babies are thriving. I got some old pic i will show ya, but they got a couple of hours of darkness here yet, so i can pm you were they REALLY are if you like.

Here they are.. Like i said i will pm you were they are today .... its wild..

That is looking VERY nice. I can only hope I do that good on my first grow.
