Hello Roll it up!!
First off I would like to say, where have you been all my life?
Im as green as they come (exp wise) and stumbled upon this heaven of a website. I have been reading and reading threads upon threads on this website and another that is very similar. All I can say is this is my new home and I think im going to like it. Im a huge reader and an avid smoker since public school days. This site has so much to read and take in I had to register.
A little about me.. you can call me John or JohnO or Johndoe or even JDO.. but never Rupert. I live in the beautiful land of ontario (Good things grow, in ontario). Couldnt ask for a better place to live except right now not much is growing outside but ice and snow. I am novice at growing plants, medical or not. Recently was diagnosed with chronic pain, and have found out MJ has been helping my pain for years without me knowing. Since she has unselfishly (that even a word?) given so much to me, I could only honor her by deciding to grow my own girls, and in the process be helped and help the community.
Im planning on growing indoors year round and outdoors in the summer. Ill have a grow journal for both probably using AN nutes in the beginning and moving towards orgainc later. I have a room I will be gutting and redoing for the purpose of a grow room which I will also include in my journal. A lot of the things ill be doing is DIY since I am very handy. I have rigged up a quick veg cabnet and am going to start with 2 seeds, hopefully finishing my room by the time they are ready to flower.
Im very excited about this and hope I can get a few others excited maybe bring some of that "newness" (yeh I just make words up) back into the more exp members lives.
As far as feedback good or bad please give it to me straight. I have super thick skin and love to listen to a new prospective. Hope to hear some good feedback and look forward to meeting new friends.
