hot pepper & garlic for worms

i have a bad caterpillar problem on a plant and want to treat my garden b4 it gets any worse. BT? sprays? or garlic and pepper spray ? which ones work best and how to apply? point me in the right direction, please and thanx

lol ive been researching all these recipes for pesticides , nicotine spray , garlic and soap sprays .. i think i will try the recipe with Cayenne pepper garlic and soap and hope for the best unless someone ghas a better solution for caterpillars , thx again
